My name is Nur Azwani Binti Ahmad Razali and I am a fresh graduate student from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities with a degree in Psychology. Currently, I am working at Permodalan Nasional Berhad Commercial (PNBC) as a Graduate Executive Trainee (MyStep), where I support legal department operations by doing administration tasks. I honed my ability to ensure smooth daily operations by organizing and maintaining critical documents, contracts, agreements, and records. I developed a meticulous eye for detail by reviewing agreements for discrepancies and implementing necessary corrections, ensuring accuracy and compliance. My role required clear, professional communication as I managed correspondence with clients and internal departments, always prioritizing timeliness and clarity. Additionally, I operated office equipment to manage documentation efficiently and upheld strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
