With more than 12 years of experience in ship building, ship repair, maintenance operations, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination, I bring a rare combination of hands-on system integration leadership, operational decision-making, and team management. I bring a rare ability to coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems to achieve safe, timely, and compliant system readiness. My background is unique: while I started in non-technical education, my career grew inside shipyards where I led large, cross-discipline engineering teams (with up to 1,200 personnels)—from troubleshooting, overhaul planning, system recovery, up to full project execution for multiple type of vessels from passenger ferries, fast patrol boats, ASD Harbour tugs to 17,500 DWT crude oil tanker running in parallel.
