Dear Sir,   I am sending this application letter to express my interest in the Senior Material Coordinator position.   My name is Budi Harianto from Indonesia, and I have been experiences more than 15 years in Material Management and Logistic including marine at some petrochemical, oil and gas companies with onshore and offshore (deep water).   Total working experiences are 23 years and during those services always working and support for project phase (engineering, procurement, construction and installation), exploration phase, drilling phase and production phase also operation including well services.   Please find some my responsibilities, such searching for raw materials, spare parts, tools, and any equipment both local and worldwide including negotiating the cost to the vendors or OEM to meet company objective costs, controlling level stock of materials, handling yard area, especially storage of tubular pipes with various diameters, handling for indoor storage area with total inventories is USD 31 million. Monitoring delivery goods or equipment from the vendor to the site, communicate and close coordinate with the vendors or fabricator to speed up the manufacture processes from the raw materials become unit or equipment also handling trucking for delivery materials from the yard to the plant site, handling jetty terminal area, control and monitoring movement of supply vessels and speed boats including cargoes delivery, handling and monitoring of heavy equipment, light vehicle, fuel distribution, including manpower services for lifting and transportation to support operation on daily basis. I am expert in the ERP and SAP system (Material Management and Production), computerized, managerial management function, also I have a very strong work ethic and am highly organized. I enjoy working in high pressure environment and considered to be a real team player who always puts the client and company goals first.
