Good day! My name is Askar Sayfullin I am Reservoir simulation manager. At the moment I have more than 11 years of experience in the industry, I want to split my experience into two parts: first part is a classic reservoir engineering and second part the development of IT projects for the oil industry. Now am Reservoir simulation manager since 2023, I have 6 employees under my head: a geophysicist, geologists, reservoir engineers, we perform remote drilling support throughout Siberia, and also support 3 foreign projects. My responsibilities include performing geological support for drilling, reducing the cost of the well, achieving planned flow rates, and then achieve the planned oil production within 1 year. Throughout my career I have worked a lot with popular software such as Petrel, t-Nav, all PetEx products, Techlog and so on. I have performed simulation calculations for different reasons, also worked on geological and integrated modeling, economic estimations. The projects I worked on were the fields of Western Siberia, Sakhalin and Middle East. My projects are oil fields in Western Siberia, Sakhalin island and the Middle East.   Since my first education is applied mathematics and computer science, I also worked on IT projects as team leader and as part of the team also, here I want to introduce several of them: 1) The first was developing part on C++ part of geomechanical modelling software, my response was module for calculating the hydraulic fracturing. 2) Optimization of the trajectory of horizontal wells, this software allows you to select a trajectory when planning wells according to a geological model, which provides the highest oil production, the main method of this method from graph theory, written in Python. 3) Software for prioritizing drilling zones, determining the optimal sequence of drilling zones from the point of view of maximizing the economic effect.
