Experienced in supporting the development and execution of large-scale EPC projects, I provide technical advisory and project management services to ensure successful project delivery. My expertise includes technical due diligence, Owner’s Engineer roles and project management, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, cost control and schedule management.

My background spans full project lifecycle, from define, detailed design & execution, pre-commissioning, commissioning, hook-up & start-up. With over 25 years of international experience across major EPC construction projects, I offer the leadership, technical depth, and execution expertise needed to participate in the delivery of large-scale projects                                                                 Having safely led numerous Greenfield & Brownfield projects around Middle East, Europe and Asia I understand the integration and sequencing challenges of multi-discipline delivery. Throughout my career, I have built and led large multicultural teams, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality remain at the core of project execution. My leadership style combines disciplined planning, transparent communication, and a hands-on understanding of fabrication, installation, and commissioning methods.
