Our client are currently looking for an experienced Lead Pipeline Engineer to support ongoing proposal and engineering activities. This role requires strong expertise in onshore pipeline projects and the ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering coordination across project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline engineering design and execution for onshore oil & gas projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, civil, instrumentation)
• Provide technical input for proposals, tenders, and manhour estimation

Position: Engineering Manager (E&I / Process) – Contract (2–3 Months)

Overview

This role will focus on coordinating engineering deliverables and supporting site execution, particularly across E&I and/or process disciplines, with involvement in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities across E&I and/or process disciplines to ensure alignment with project requirements and schedule
• Act as the interface between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
• Review and ensure quality of engineering deliverables, technical queries, and vendor documentation

Overview

An EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the onshore construction phase of a tank terminal project located in Pengerang, Johor. The role will lead site construction execution, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and EPC standards.

The position requires prior oil & gas project experience, specifically in tank terminal, storage facilities, or similar onshore infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all site construction activities for the tank terminal project.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and discipline supervisors (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, E&I).
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, project procedures, and EPC contractor requirements.

• Responsible for developing, review and updated laboratory Procedures for all analysis refer to international standard, including non-routine sample when necessary. Responsible for managing and controlling risk at Laboratory by implementing safety rules and safety behaviors.
• Responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the field laboratory quality assurance (QA)/ quality control (QC) programs.
