 Key Responsibilities :

·        Build and maintain relationships with other O&G products and service companies to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency. 

5.  Product Accreditation and Compliance:

·        Drive product accreditation and certification processes by engaging with authorities and end users.

·        Ensure compliance with industry standards to achieve successful accreditation and certifications. 

6.  Technical Evaluation and Advisory:

·        Provide technical advice for business opportunities and development projects, participating in techno-commercial evaluations to assess technical viability.

·        Act as a technical advisor to identify solutions to assists customers, creating value and drive growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the oil and gas or related industries.
• Strong technical understanding of product properties, applications, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead customer-centric initiatives and provide technical solutions.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESAR-II software and prepare pipe stress report. 

• Pipe support drawing review and development. 

• Preparation of pipe Stress specification. 

• Perform Site visit to identify pipe routing possibilities and able to identify solution for site problems. 

• Preparation of calculations relating to piping designs such as pipe loading, pipe thickness, branch 

reinforcement etc. 

• Assist in Plot Plan and Line List development. 

• Review all piping design deliverables. 

• Preparation of methodologies, schedules and piping material take-off exercise. 

• Technical evaluation of Piping Material from suppliers and vendors. 

• Preparation of studies for plot plans options, piping routing and alternative piping arrangements. 

• Determining and co-ordinating interfaces, tie-ins, liaison with client, site personnel and other 

engineering disciplines to facilitate design activities. 

• Reviewing and checking of documentation, ensuring deliverables are produced on time and within job 

constraints. 

• Achieving schedule and producing a quality product, meeting or exceeding project expectations. 

• Answering queries, supporting construction team, resolving construction issues and field clashes. 

Requirement: 

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

• Minimum 6 to 10 year of work experience preferably in basic and detail engineering 

• Conversant with international design codes and standards 

• Familiar with AutoCAD and Simulation Software such as CAESAR II, Pipenet & other related Piping 

Software design tools. 

• Experience in plant construction line related to QA & QC, authority submissions and review of drawings 

and related documentation with registered Professional Engineering (IR.) Certification will be 

encouraged to apply. 

• Experience in 3D model review and commenting using Navisworks software. 

• Able to communicate with inter-discipline & client and represent the company. 

• Able to work with minimum supervision. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist Lead Process Engineer and ensure project deliverables are in compliance with 

the relevant codes, standards, regulations, and project specifications. 

• Act as overall focal point with the clients, licensors & vendors, and responsible for the 

timely delivery of process engineering deliverables. 

• Provide process engineering inputs to other disciplines and participate in design reviews 

or workshops. 

• Support the PSM and MCI Team for the execution of Safety and MCI Studies, by 

providing technical inputs and recommendations. 

• Mentor team members in the aspect of process engineering design and problem solving. 

• Assist BD Team in estimating the required manhours for the potential projects or tenders. 

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. 

• 7 years of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industry, with extensive involvement 

in Feasibility Study, FEED, Detailed Design and EPCC projects. 

• Proficient in performing process engineering activities/ deliverables such as Process 

Simulation, Design Basis, Operations Philosophy, P&ID, HMB, Cause & Effect Matrix. 

• Strong fundamentals of engineering design of unit operations (e.g., Pumps, 

Compressors, Separators, Scrubbers, Heat Exchangers). 

• Well-versed in the area of Safety and MCI Studies (e.g., HAZOP, SIL, FERA, RBI). 

• Familiar with engineering codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, IEC, Petronas PTS). 

• Competent in using software tools (e.g., HYSYS, Pipesim, Flarenet, PIPENET, PHAST). 

• Experience in plant commissioning and operation is an added advantage. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervises Engineers and drafters and report to Lead Engineer/Engineering Manager. 

• Coordination with other disciplines including structure, piping, mechanical, instrumentation, process for 

improving project execution. 

• Review and approve electrical system studies modelled in ETAP and other similar software such as Short 

circuit study, Load flow study, Motor starting study, Harmonic study, Relay coordination study. 

• Responsible for preparation/review/checking of Electrical engineering discipline deliverables as per project 

requirements. 

• Assisting the Planning Engineer in scheduling project activities. 

• Interfacing activities and meeting with project team, Client, Vendors and subcontractors. 

• Monitoring quality, cost, time for performance of the work in accordance with contractual requirement, 

project/company standards and procedures. 

• Preparing Electrical Activity list, checking and approving of all electrical documents. 

• Attending and participating in project HAZID, HAZOP and ELSOR (Electrical Safety and Reliability Study) 

meetings and responding to third party study on projects. 

• Preparing /checking of Calculations, Studies, data sheets for Electrical Equipment including Motors, 

Transformers, Switchgears, UPS, Charger, etc. 

• Review and comment on vendor drawings and incorporate vendor data in design deliverables. 

• Ability to perform site visit and collect required details to prepare engineering deliverables and to highlight all 

possible issues during project design. 

• Coordinate with project construction team during construction stage. 

Requirements:

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from college/ university 

• Registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia 

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience or more of work experiences in onshore/offshore engineering in oil & gas 

industry. 

• Good knowledge in Hazardous Area Classification and Selection of Ex-Proof Equipment. 

• Good knowledge in Electrical equipment sizing calculations for switchgear, transformer, cable and UPS. 

• Good knowledge in Design of Substation (sizing, arrangement, cable arrangement) in industrial Plants. 

• Ability to handle HAZID, HAZOP, ELSOR study/meeting. 

• Knowledge in energy management, renewable energy, in particular solar, would be an advantage. 

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of RFQ, Material Requisition, Technical Clarification and TBE. 

• Review/Check Vendor Data and incorporate in engineering deliverables. 

• Support other disciplines in evaluating equipment packages and carry out Inter-discipline document 

review 

• Preparation of Instrument Index, I/O List, Datasheets, Termination Diagrams and Loop Diagram. 

• Preparation of Hook-up Diagram, Typical Installation drawings and MTO/BQ. 

• Preparation of Instrument Location Layout, Main Cable Routing, Cable Block Diagrams and Wiring 

Diagrams.

Requirements

• Registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia 

• At least 8 – 10 years of experience or more of work experiences in onshore/offshore engineering in oil 

& gas industry.

• Ability to carry out site visits and to incorporate design details accordingly in engineering deliverables. 

• Familiar with MS Office software including MS Word/Excel.

During the Service execution, the Service holder will need to ensure that:

• Project QMS will be duly implemented by all team members of the UFR package.

• The UFR EPC and Service Contractor Quality Management System will be fully developed, established & maintained in compliance with the EPC Contract, and that specifically, but not limited to, will be in line with Contract Exhibit H.

• The UFR EPC and Service holder will be enforcing contractual commitments; will be implementing its own Contract Quality Plan and Objectives, and will be safely, effectively, and timely performing its activities according to the Company specifications, designs, and codes.

The PMC/PMT Project Manager will oversee the FPSO project in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring successful execution, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing project phases such as design, construction, and commissioning, while maintaining HSE compliance and budget control.

We are looking for a Senior Drafter with expertise in architectural and structural drafting. The candidate should have experience in creating detailed technical drawings, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Remote work is preferred.

Qualification and knowledge

• Fully conversant with DNV-ST-F101 requirements and relevant general international standards

(e.g. ISO, ASME, ASTM, EN etc.)

• Experience witnessing Plate Mill activities; including casting, rolling, marking etc.

General Inspection duties description

Inspector shall in general be responsible for monitoring performance of both contractor and sub-contractor

and Quality Control matters. Main tasks include:

• Witnessing Supplier/Contractor activities ensuring the proper implementation of the approved

Inspection & test plans and relevant QC Procedures.

• Highlighting any non-conforming material or activity for Supplier/Contractor to issue the relevant

report and corrective action

• Reviewing Inspection Test Records upon completion of test and inspections ensuring

their timely issuing by Supplier/Contractor to prevent backlogs.

Specific Plate Mill duties

Mill surveillance ensuring activities are carried out in line with technical specification – ITP/ MPS and other

project specific procedures where applicable.

As we progress, our client has outlined specific requirements for the composition of our OE team, emphasizing the inclusion of local personnel from Côte d'Ivoire as well as seasoned European/American engineers.

To align with these requirements, here are the details of the team members we are seeking:

European/American Personnel:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive teamwork attitude are paramount.
• Candidates must bring a wealth of experience in combined cycle thermal power plant and financing endeavors.
• Prior exposure to African projects is highly valued, facilitating a smoother adaptation to the unique challenges and working conditions in the region.
• Fluent English communication skills are crucial, and knowledge of Chinese would be an added advantage.
• Initially, these team members will provide back-office support and occasionally assist on-site as required. Their presence on-site will be adjusted based on project needs.
• Similarly, these team members will initially offer back-office support and occasionally visit the site as needed. Their on-site presence will be determined based on the project's demands.

Project introduction:

The project is located in Songon County, west of Abidjan, the economic capital of Côte d'Ivoire. The total investment of the project is 629.37 million euros, of which 517.33 million euros is for the power plant and 112.04 million euros is for the transmission and transformation lines. The power plant will be developed under the BOOT model, with a construction period of 36 months and a concession period of 35 years. The annual power generation after completion is expected to be 2800 GWh. The transmission and transformation lines will be developed under the BT model, with a construction period of 18 months. The project company will complete the construction and financing on behalf of the government of Côte d'Ivoire, and transfer the facilities to the government after completion.
