I have sufficient experience as Document Controller and excellent ability to manage documents in large-scale and complex projects and have worked as client, consultant, and EPC company. I've been involved in natural gas infrastructure projects such as Pipelines, Gas Plant, FSRU for Liquefied Natural Gas and now working in the largest private Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Ammonia Refinery Plant in Indonesia. The project phase I have task and responsibility is maintaining of document starting from engineering design (FEED & DED), assist QA/QC in the preparation document for mechanical completion, prepare final Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) and the goal is handling of Project Information Handover (PIH) compliance for handover of documentation for operations.  During operation & maintenance I’m providing high level support in the execution, monitoring, tracking your documents or drawings through your preventive maintenance and deliver to expected timescales. Properly administer data for natural gas daily consumption, composition and create monthly summary gas report. And also documenting during shutdown activity and then maintain documents to work packages related to the provision of materials or services at the plant and other supporting facility maintenance and repair projects. And for management I'm assist in the implementation of internal and external audit such as preparing supporting data to complete external audit requirements such SMK3 or OHSAS 45001, Process Safety Management, Environmental Management System / ISO 14001, Proper, Instrument Calibration DitMet (Direktorat Metrologi) and Disnaker certificates for main equipment in the Plant.
