Ø Twenty-Four (24) years combined work experience mostly mechanical/Piping/structural/Welding within Oil and Gas industry covering construction, mechanical completion and commissioning of offshore platforms such as FPSO, FLNG, Semi-Submersible FPU, Jack-up Drilling Rigs, topsides, hull, LQ, Turret and onshore facilities such as petrochemical and oil refinery plants. Ø Poses good technical knowledge in project management, detailed engineering, site supervision, work planning, cost estimation, QA/QC inspection/ QMS audit, mechanical completion, pre-comm and commissioning of process/utility/power piping and static/rotating mechanical equipment’s/packages (pressure vessels, moorings, pedestal cranes, compressors, Power generators, motor & gas driver pumps, Gas Turbines Generators, Steam and diesel Generators, and various processing and utility skids/packages). Ø Currently looking for job and previously held a position of Mechanical/Piping Construction Lead at British Petroleum (BP), Mechanical Construction Superintendent, Lead Mechanical/Piping Commissioning Tech, Lead Construction/MC (Mechanical/Piping/Structure/HVAC), Piping Construction Superintendent, Site Piping/HVAC Engineer, Project Engineer (Piping/Mechanical), QA/QC Engineer, QC/MC System Coordinator (Piping/Mechanical/HVAC), Lead QC Inspector (Mechanical/Piping) and QC Inspector (Mechanical/Piping/HVAC) in performing assigned responsibilities/duties within the client, Third party consultant, and main contractor. Ø Working experience in reviewing, auditing, and checking contractor’s QA/QC, Construction, MC & Commissioning procedures. Ø Working experience in reviewing of detailed engineering drawing and ensure shop drawing deliverables within schedule. Ø Well verse in installation supervision and inspection of Mechanical/ packages from construction, through MC, Pre-com and commissioning of process, marine, utility, firefighting, lifesaving, lifting and mooring equipments. Ø Well verse in piping installation and inspection, MC/Pre-com/Comm documentation & execution such as line check, flushing/cleaning, pressure test, air blowing, chemical cleaning, bore scoping, oil flushing/testing, flange management system, re-instatement, tri-party system walk down, N2/He leak test, cleanliness & preservation, tightness test and nitrogen purging/inerting, smoke testing of deluge system, function/running test, etc. Ø Good working knowledge in welding Inspection/supervision, procedure preparation and review (WPS, PQR, WQT) Ø Working experience in conducting/interpreting NDT/E (UT, RT, MPI & PT). Ø Experienced in carrying out close loop cold/hot commissioning on process and utility systems, static and running test of process & safety equipment and fuel gas introduction. Ø Conversant with commonly used construction codes & standards in oil and gas such as: AWS D1.1, ASME V, IX, XIII, B31.1, B31.3, B16.1, B16.5, API, ASTM, Shell DEP, MESC, Norsok, British Standard, etc. Ø Have strong working knowledge of construction contracts, project technical specifications, contractor procedures and Construction work sequences/constructability for topside and hull. Ø Conversant with Engineering drawings such as GA, P&ID, PFPS, and Isometrics. Ø Proficient in using computer programs/Software (MS word, excel, power point, outlook, etc.). Knowledge/Experienced in AutoCAD and Naviswork PDMS modeling. Ø Knowledge/experienced in implementing Quality Management System and Quality auditing in accordance with ISO 9001, provided the understanding and knowledge required in implementing project Quality Management System successfully. Ø Attended various HSSE Induction, Trainings and Awareness programs and gained broad knowledge on safety throughout those years of involvement in construction of offshore/ on shore platforms to work safe and can influence colleagues/contractors to deliver the project safely. Ø Good working knowledge in preparing/implementation of JSA/JHA and lifting procedure. Ø Good leadership skills and good communication skills with ability to influence and encourage personnel.
