Orion Chan is a chartered engineer (CEng) with IMechE UK, a member of Board of
Engineers Malaysia and a professional member (M.I.M.M.) of Institute of
Materials Malaysia. He works in the energy business for more than 10+ years that
covers the entire value-chain (Bid, FEED, EPCIC, Operation & maintenance). His
experience is enhanced by his designing practice in multiple areas of the
industry (SPS, SURF, Brownfield facilities modifications). He is aware of the
massive potential that the renewable energy sector holds and seeks to apply his
expertise in technical / execution / business development capacity as the
industry pivots towards a sustainable future. When he is not working, Orion uses
his engineering, designing and 3D modelling skills to dabble in additive
manufacturing during his free time and looks forward to collaborate with
like-minded individuals.
