20 years site construction and fabrication experience in LNG Modules/ Oil & Gas/ Subsea project/ FLNG/ FPSO/ Offshore jackets/ shipbuilding; have worked as Site Construction Manager/ Construction Superintendent/ Steel Structural Superintendent/ Site Fabrication Engineer / Lead Structural Supervisor. Very confident with site construction concepts & procedures, sand blasting & coating, steel structure scopes, outfitting works, welding specification requirements, site management, solid HSE practise, ITP scopes, NDT specifications, plan approval progress & comments, inspection protocol. Very familiar with working cultures & management at site. Fully competent to organize construction team members of job duties and excellent interface skills to maintain good relationship of cooperation and mutual respect with all yard personnel.            Able to handle various relevant meetings, technical discussion, engineering coordinate, detailed 30,60,90 days construction plan and solid HSE management practice at site. Always focusing on specification requirements & regulations, QA/QC plan, deviations and changes, highlighting non-compliances issues to practice continuous quality improvement. Regular reporting/ updating status of progress, document preparation, oversee all phases of construction and ensure fabrication progress according to milestones. Experienced QAQC Welding Inspector with certification from The Welding Institute (CSWIP 3.1) and NDT level 2 ASNT (UT/MT/PT). Exhibits strong attention to detail in inspecting weld qualities. Comes with a Diploma in Metal Fabrication Technology with more than 10 years experiences working in oil and gas industries especially in QAQC department with major involvement in welding inspection.
