Job Summary: The Electrical Professional Engineer will be responsible for leading and executing electrical engineering tasks for E-house or pre-fabricated building projects in Batam. This one-year contract, with potential for extension based on performance, requires at least 10 years of experience, with a preference for candidates with expertise in substation electrical engineering and experience in mining, building, and construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems for E-house or pre-fabricated building projects.
- Oversee and ensure the proper installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Prepare and review electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments for electrical systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform site inspections and audits to ensure the quality and safety of electrical installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Develop and implement maintenance and operational procedures for electrical systems.
- Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on E-house or pre-fabricated building projects.
- Experience in substation electrical engineering is preferred.
- Experience in mining, building, and construction projects is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, standards, and practices.
- Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all electrical engineering activities.
