RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review key process engineering deliverables, including:
• Process simulation reports and heat & material balances
• Equipment datasheets, PFDs, PSFDs, P&IDs, and line lists

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 5–10 years of offshore oil & gas experience with a focus on process simulation and design for:
• Wellhead platforms
• Fixed process platforms
• FPSO topsides modules and turret mooring systems
• Proficient in simulation tools such as HYSYS, UNISIM, PIPESIM, FLARENET, and PIPENET
• Capable of independently managing projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced in safety studies including HAZOP and SIL
• Familiar with international standards (e.g. API, Shell DEP)

Role Overview

You’ll take full charge of marine operations on a jack-up rig, including jacking, anchoring, and rig positioning. You’ll lead safety protocols, ensure compliance with maritime laws (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL), and serve as the designated lead for marine emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead jacking ops, rig moves, anchoring, and marine support
• Monitor tides, weather, sea conditions for safe ops
• Oversee tugboats, tow masters, and other marine coordination
• Ensure accurate preloading and leg penetration data

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Naval Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Define technical and operational specifications and performance criteria for electric ferries.
• Prepare Detailed Engineering Design (DED) documentation for the vessels.
• Develop protocols for sea trials, vessel handover, maintenance, and related procedures.
• Provide support in the selection of shipyards for vessel construction.
• Take full responsibility for construction supervision of the electric ferries.
• Support the selection of a Classification Society and monitor the certification process.
• Inspect and approve e-ferry components and equipment, including verifying partial and final construction milestones.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for key components (e.g., engine, radar).
• Participate in the handover process of the ferries and oversee handover protocols.

Job Title: Ferry Operations Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with periodic travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Update the Ferry Operations Plan (FOP) for the local urban transport network, including maintenance aspects.
• Develop and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ferry operations.
• Design and implement a Vessel Industry Transition Project (VITP) aimed at improving fleet operations.
• Support the start-up and implementation of ferry transport operations.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an internationally recognized university or institute.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in transport operations planning, preferably within the ferry or maritime sector.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing or supporting high-capacity ferry operations.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Team Leader

• Take full responsibility for ensuring project outputs are delivered with high quality, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team throughout the mission duration.
• Serve as the primary liaison for local authorities, development finance institutions, and consulting partners.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Education:

• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the development and operational management of large-scale public transport systems.
• Direct involvement in at least two major projects involving the design and/or operation of high-capacity mass transit systems (e.g. inland waterways, metro, tram, monorail, BRT).

Additional Information:

• This is a long-term mission spanning 48 months, with occasional travel to Lagos required during the assignment.

This role is for a Senior Geologist within the Exploration Department, reporting to then Lead Geology. This position does not have any direct subordinates. The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the organization's exploration activities, focusing on geological data management, well log data quality control, and geological and geophysical data interpretation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking a major role in geological data management, well log data QC, and geological and geophysical data interpretation.

The role requires full-time presence at the fabrication yard in China during execution, with transition to Indonesia offshore commissioning and start-up. Summary:

The role is responsible for overseeing accounting, budgeting, treasury, compliance, and financial reporting activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to both Angolan regulations and corporate financial standards, while supporting the business with timely and strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:General Accounting and Reporting

• Oversee the general ledger, journal entries, payments, and receipts to ensure accurate and timely financial recording.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring the timely delivery of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain and update the statutory asset register, ensuring correct depreciation charges and accurate asset tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Angolan and corporate financial standards, statutory regulations, and tax laws.
• Approve standard journal entries and maintain invoice registers.
• Perform variance analysis and reporting in support of financial statements.
• Review and verify reconciliation of amounts payable or receivable to vendors, staff, crew, and statutory bodies.

Statutory Compliance

Quality Management and Internal Controls

• Identify areas for financial process improvement and recommend system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial management, with exposure to multinational environments or the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of Angolan statutory accounting requirements and international financial standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial processes, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working effectively across cross-functional teams and cultural contexts.

Language Requirement:
