  3. Develop, review, and maintain process and utility P&IDs, process instrument data sheets, equipment lists, line lists, utility balances, safe charts, and cause-and-effect diagrams.
  4. Perform and review process calculations including pressure relief valve sizing to API standards, line sizing and pressure drop calculations, hydraulic calculations, flare load calculations, and blowdown studies.
  5. Carry out process simulations using Aspen HYSYS and PRO/II to support design development, optimisation, and technical justification.
  6. Support the Process Manager during proposal preparation and project execution, including technical clarifications and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  7. Participate in HAZOP studies, HAZOP close-outs, and the preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning procedures, and operating manuals, ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
