Job Description:

• To prepare clarification input into technical vendor and equipment reviews.

• To check the detail design documents for correctness and quality, marks-up any comments or revision on these documents and ensures that the changes are included and completed on the latest copies of all affected documents.

• To assure compliance with the company's Quality standards.

• To assure compliance with project specifications.

• To coordinate and file the relevant design details, communication and information for the project assigned.

• To produce all necessary detailed data and calculations, input the information in the specifications and data sheets.

• To coordinate the detail design with the detail arrangements of other departments and provides the detail information to allow each discipline to interface correctly with the department.

• To attend internal progress reviews, quality reviews, technical meetings and any other meetings and any other meetings requested by the Senior Engineer.

• To be accountable to and assist the Senior Electrical Engineers, Lead Electrical Engineer and Manager of Electrical Engineering.

KEY OBJECTIVES

• Provide all secretarial and administrative support to Head of Malaysia Brownfield Asset, including Sabah Asset and Sarawak Asset departments when required.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Perform diverse secretarial duties including typing and distribution of memos/letters, scanning and distribution of mails, handling telephone calls, etc.
2. Schedule and coordinate all appointments internal and external, inter-department meetings and maintain an efficient record of the meetings. Also provides the Head of Malaysia Brownfield Asset timely reminders on his appointments/meetings.
3. Arrangements of flights and hotel accommodation, visa applications and car rentals for business and personal trips.
4. Assist in compilation of weekly reports, monthly forecast reports and Malaysia Management Committee (MyMC) reports and also to ensure timely submission to the Management.
5. Receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signature, distribution and responses.
6. Provide administrative assistance to team members by communicating with IT Department, Administrative Services Department and etc.

Under the responsibility of the RIAU lead engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure design and analysis are in accordance with acknowledged industry Codes, Standards and Design

Guides, Client Specifications and Scopes of Work.

• Develop design brief and basis and perform the riser global analysis (extreme, fatigue, interference etc.)

using OrcaFlex.

• Production and checking of design documentation including feasibility reports, detailed design reports.

• Ensure that QA/QC process is well followed.

• Interface with project team, engineering teams (installation methods, operation, geotechnics, etc) and SCM.

• Be aware of the overall project planning and responsible of the planning of their Scope of Work.

Capability profile – Knowledge, skills, experience

• MSc or PhD in mechanical engineering/hydrodynamics, you have relevant work experience in the oil and gas

industry or equivalent, ideally with riser systems.

• You are proficient in FEA modelling and you know well OrcaFlex software.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Stress Engineer with expertise in offshore oil and gas projects. The consultant will be responsible for conducting detailed stress analysis for piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The engineer will work remotely, preferably from Malaysia, and will collaborate closely with the client to estimate the required man-hours for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform stress analysis of piping systems using CAESAR or similar software.

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our client team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of process operations, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of process safety management systems in alignment with industry best practices. This role is pivotal within our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading hazard identification and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Process Safety Management (PSM) systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Conduct and lead risk assessments, including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL studies, to identify potential hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies.
