Scope of work

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Contract Manager located in London. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractual details, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and identifying potential contract-related risks. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project management teams, to execute contracts that support the company's business strategy. Transport and Installation (T&I) experience is a good advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a relevant field required; Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the oil and gas or engineering industry; Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; Ability to interpret complex legal provisions and apply them to real-world situations; Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts concurrently; Experience working with contracts for a range of services, including engineering, procurement, and construction; Adept in the use of contract management tools and software;
