Job Summary: Technip Energies Indonesia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Pipeline Engineer to join their PMC (Project Management Consultancy) team for a prestigious FLNG (Floating Liquefied Natural Gas) project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development and execution of midstream projects, with a focus on both onshore and offshore pipeline engineering. The project duration is expected to be 3 to 4 years. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with significant exposure to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning) projects. Experience in gas processing plant/LNG and pipeline projects is essential for this role. Responsibilities: 1. Pipeline Design and Engineering: - Lead the design and engineering of pipeline systems for both onshore and offshore installations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements. - Develop routing, sizing, and material selection strategies for pipeline networks. 2. EPC/EPCIC Project Support: - Provide expert support to EPC and EPCIC projects, collaborating with project teams to develop comprehensive engineering solutions. - Ensure that pipeline designs meet project schedules, budget constraints, and quality standards. 3. Gas Processing Plant/LNG Expertise: - Apply specialized knowledge in gas processing plant and LNG projects to optimize pipeline design and integration with processing facilities. - Collaborate with process engineers to ensure seamless operation and efficient transportation of natural gas. 4. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing pipeline design, installation, and operation. - Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals. 5. Stakeholder Coordination: - Liaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists, to address pipeline-related requirements and challenges. - Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project execution. 6. Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and hazards associated with pipeline installations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and reliable operation. - Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures. 7. Site Visits and Onsite Support: - Conduct site visits and provide onsite support as required, particularly during critical project phases and installation activities. - Ensure that pipeline installations are executed according to design specifications and industry best practices. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in pipeline engineering within the oil and gas industry. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPC/EPCIC projects. 4. Expertise in gas processing plant/LNG and pipeline projects is essential. 5. Strong knowledge of pipeline design principles, materials selection, and regulatory requirements. 6. Proficiency in pipeline engineering software and tools. 7. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 8. Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.
