Scope of Work

Job Summary / Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to market and sell liquefied natural gas (LNG) and

condensate products.


Responsibility

1. Prepare information and data by continuously monitoring the market and communicating with potential buyers

as directed by the Marketing & Commercial Manager (“Manager”) to support the development of a marketing

strategy for long-term LNG SPA and Condensate SPA, spot cargo sales, and chartering spot vessels to ensure

the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the marketing plan.

2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry

professionals.

4. Lead and conduct internal coordination activities with related departments to ensure smooth communication

and operation across the Marketing & Commercial Department.

5. Prepare and review standard CA, MOU, HOA, Condensate SPA, GSA and LNG SPA contractual terms and

conditions for long-term agreements and short-term agreements for both domestic and international markets.

6. Manage and lead the preparation, analysis for and the process of negotiation on LNG and GSA price review

obligation for long-term SPA and GSA in order to obtain the agreed LNG and GSA price according to the terms

and conditions as per PTLNG requirements.

7. Conduct the selection of ship vessels in the market for LNG and condensate cargo and spot; review the ship’s

condition and performance to develop a strategy for ship charter activities.

8. Prepare and present regular commercial reports related to LNG and condensate sales and production to provide

PTLNG’s management with comprehensive and accurate decision-making information.

9. Support the Manager in negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers to ensure

profitable transactions.

10. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with industry professionals and promote the

company's LNG and condensate products.

11. Comply with all industry regulations and standards.

• Ability to work to multiple challenging deadlines.

• Proven experience in marketing or sales in the energy sector, specifically in LNG.

• Strong understanding of the global energy market and LNG industry.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.


Minimum Requirements / Work Experiences

Qualifications:

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA would be

advantageous.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Proven experience in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in a similar role in the LNG industry (more than 3

Years)
