Company Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to join our team for an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) contract in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the offshore oil and gas industry and a strong network within Indonesia.


Job Purpose: The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the successful execution of offshore oil and gas projects. This role requires expertise in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and detailed design, with additional experience in marine and shipbuilding, CPP (Central Processing Platform), and WHP (Wellhead Platform) being highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of engineers and designers.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of offshore oil and gas projects.
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within Indonesia.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
  • Prepare and review engineering documents, reports, and presentations.


Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management within the offshore oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record in managing EPCI contracts.
  • Strong network and professional connections within the Indonesian oil and gas sector.
  • Experience in FEED and detailed design is required.
  • Experience in marine and shipbuilding, CPP, and WHP projects is a plus.
  • Familiar to standard engineering software's used for Oil and Gas Industries.
