Main responsibilities include managing inventory levels and to ensure needed materials are always available to avoid shortages. Also keep monitoring and not to over-stock.
Monitor MRP forecasts and inventory for Maintenance and Productions requirements, inventory transactions and rejected material.
Conduct frequent MRP review in addition to reviewing BOM accuracy to ensure correct component identification, ordering and release.
Ability to continuously work with users to understand the items and establish material specifications and descriptions.
Senior Material Planner also managing inventory levels and ensure that the company receives high-quality materials.

Report directly to PBF/M
Working as peer with Subsection Head under PBF/M
Qualifications and Experiences
Mandatory:
Proven experience as a Material Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems
Understanding of material requirements planning (MRP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and Strong organizational and time-management abilities
BSc degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
Desirable:
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of teamwork and coping with a busy environment.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be pro-active in achieving goals.
Willing to work outside normal working hours, weekend & public holidays.
Able to work comfortably with peers, supervisors & management.
