Project Overview

The Suai Supply Base is part of the South Coast Project in Timor Leste, covering dredging, reclamation, breakwater construction, jetties, yard facilities, a container terminal, and a fuel tank farm. The construction phase is estimated at 30 months, with an on-site team for Construction Management and Supervision.

Role Purpose

Lead the PMC team, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and effective client liaison. Serve as the primary point of contact for the PMU, supporting oversight of the DBF contract and supervising works.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years total experience, with at least 10 years in design/marine structure construction at site.
• Track record in similar large-scale marine infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with FIDIC Yellow Book.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall PMC activities and deliverables.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with PMU.
• Manage team performance and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
