Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Job Summary: Our clients are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing logistics processes, proficiency with warehouse management software, and experience in automated warehouse operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with various departments to manage inbound and outbound shipments and maintain inventory control.
- Implement and monitor warehouse management systems, specifically Solid Product Warehouse Management System (SPWMS), to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in warehouse operations.
- Oversee and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing warehouse/logistics operations.
- Diploma in Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Proficiency with logistics and warehouse management software, particularly Solid Product Warehouse Management System (SPWMS).
- Previous experience in automated warehouse operations and within the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.
