Overview:
We are looking for a Field Operations Method Manager to support multi-asset offshore operations for an energy project. This position ensures operational excellence, process integration, and compliance across offshore production facilities while coordinating improvement and HSE initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of the Field Operations framework within the Company Management System (CMS).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to operations teams, fostering a safety-driven and improvement-focused environment.
- Manage the Modification of Change (MoC) process and coordinate process optimization studies.
- Oversee and close out project punch lists and material deficiency reports.
- Coordinate and participate in operational studies related to optimization, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Monitor chemical treatment plans, inspection activities, and integrity-related processes.
- Ensure effective execution of Operations and Maintenance agreements and coordinate cross-functional meetings.
- Drive HSE compliance, ensuring actions from audits and reviews are closed out promptly.
- Provide production and cost data for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Maintain the Field Operations Management System and related documentation.
- Serve as a focal point for stakeholders and partners, including coordination of gas nomination and hydrocarbon allocation.
- Support integration of new systems, technologies, and field shutdown activities.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree with at least 15 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years in an OIM position and 5+ years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, integrity management, and HSE standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and reporting skills.
