About the Role

Trees Engineering is currently looking for experienced Offshore Construction Representatives to support an ongoing FSO offshore installation and hook-up campaign in Vietnam.

The selected candidate will be involved in offshore construction supervision activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of offshore installation, piling, mooring, and hook-up operations in accordance with project requirements and offshore HSE standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review offshore installation and hook-up related documents and procedures
  • Supervise mobilisation and demobilisation activities
  • Monitor piling and mooring chain installation activities offshore
  • Oversee hook-up activities for the FSO mooring system
  • Coordinate with offshore construction teams, marine teams, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure offshore activities comply with HSE standards, project procedures, and operational requirements
  • Prepare daily progress updates and report construction issues when required
  • Support safe execution during offshore installation campaigns


Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore construction, offshore installation, or marine operations within Oil & Gas projects
  • Strong experience in offshore hook-up, mooring systems, piling activities, or offshore construction campaigns
  • Experience working on FSO/FPSO projects is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of offshore HSE practices and offshore operational procedures
  • Ability to work in offshore environments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • English communication skill is mandatory
  • Vietnamese language skill would be an added advantage


Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold valid offshore certifications, such as:

  • BOSIET / HUET
  • Offshore Medical
  • Other relevant offshore safety certifications


Additional Information

  • Offshore involvement will be required during installation and hook-up campaigns
  • Candidates must be available from Mid-June 2026 onwards
  • Rotation and offshore schedule will follow project requirements
