Scope of work

Key Responsibilities: Process Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of process systems, equipment, and facilities. Conduct process simulations, modeling, and calculations to support design activities. Technical Analysis: Analyze and evaluate process data, performance metrics, and operational parameters to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop solutions to optimize process efficiency, productivity, and safety. Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support the execution of engineering projects, including feasibility studies, design reviews, and commissioning activities. Provide technical support and guidance during project implementation and startup phases. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization. Implement process improvements and modifications to enhance operational performance. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that process designs and operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Participate in safety reviews, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation activities. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates. Maintain accurate records of process designs, calculations, and modifications. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including operations, maintenance, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), to achieve project objectives and operational goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory agencies as required. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Professional engineering licensure or certification may be advantageous.
