Plan, execute and oversee power projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scopes, timelines and relevant inputs to meet development stage requirements such as technical inputs for financial modeling and commercial evaluation.
Review project documents such as feasibility study reports and design documents to identify potential risks prior to investment decision.
Document project progress, reports, drawings, schedules and other relevant records.
Maintain clear communication channels with internal teams, clients, suppliers and contractors.
Establish network with potential partners as well as local authority.
Address technical issues and provide innovative solutions as challenges arise.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field such as Mechanical/Electrical engineering or other relevant qualifications.
Previous work history in any power plant project. Experience in power plant O&M will be an advantage.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with little guidance and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willing to learn and take up challenges.
Based in Kuala Lumpur office and occasional travelling is required.
