Project Overview

The Suai Supply Base is part of the South Coast Project in Timor Leste, covering dredging, reclamation, breakwater construction, jetties, yard facilities, a container terminal, and a fuel tank farm. The construction phase is estimated at 30 months, with an on-site team for Construction Management and Supervision.

Role Purpose

Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, monitoring contractor safety, and minimising environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 20 years total experience, with at least 12 years in environmental impact assessments and EHS management plans.
• Experience in similar large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review EHS plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor site safety and contractor compliance.
• Address environmental issues and ensure a safe work environment.
