Resident Inspector (AOC QM 26)

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified AOC QM 26 inspector for a resident role at Sulzer Saudi Pump Company Limited in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires immediate mobilization, ideally starting in October 2024, with an anticipated residency extending through mid to end of November 2024. The candidate will investigate, assess, and ensure adherence to quality standards for pump manufacturing processes at the site, providing on-the-ground quality assurance and inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections according to AOC QM 26 standards.
• Monitor and assess production processes, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate any deviations in production or quality standards, and provide detailed reports.
• Coordinate closely with the local team to facilitate smooth communication and uphold quality controls.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions as needed to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

• Certified AOC QM 26 inspector with relevant experience in pump manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong background in quality inspection, preferably with experience in the Middle East or on-site inspections.
• Ability to mobilize quickly and commit to residency in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
