Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the mechanical and piping engineering scope for the CCGT project, including gas turbines, HRSGs, steam turbines, balance of plant systems, and associated piping.
  • Oversee preparation and review of mechanical specifications, data sheets, drawings, material requisitions, and technical bid evaluations.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers within the team.
  • Ensure all mechanical and piping deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards (e.g., ASME, API), and project specifications.
  • Liaise with other disciplines (process, civil/structural, electrical, I&C) to ensure integrated and clash-free design.
  • Coordinate with equipment suppliers and vendors, reviewing and approving vendor drawings and documents.
  • Support site installation, testing, and commissioning activities as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, address technical issues, and report to the Project Engineering Manager.
  • Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and HAZOPs as required.
  • Champion safety-in-design principles and sustainable engineering solutions.

Qualifications:
