Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Batch Operator to support Plug & Abandonment and Workover operations on a HWU project in the Seligi Block, offshore Peninsular Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for batch mixing and pumping operations while ensuring safety and efficiency in line with project standards and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, and monitor chemical and cement slurries for P&A/workover operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and batch reports.
- Maintain equipment integrity, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Liaise with offshore supervisors and engineers to meet operational requirements.
- Comply with safety regulations and participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Support other deck or operation tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar offshore role (preferably in HWU or P&A operations).
- Valid BOSIET certification.
- Immediate availability for mobilisation.
- RPT (Resident Pass/Temporary Pass) holders or Malaysian locals only.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and batch mixing procedures.
- Good communication skills and team player mindset.
