Job Summary
The Expeditor is responsible
1. To ensure vendors submit documents and deliver the materials and equipment within required date, eventually to meet the construction schedule at Plant site
2. Managing the flow of materials, information, and resources between departments within an organization to ensure efficiency and timely completion of projects.
Responsibility
1. Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments according to production and shipping schedules.
2. Review production schedules and related information and confer with department supervisors to determine material requirements.
3. Coordinate with the EPCIC Contractor on a regular basis to know the update status on each procured goods/equipment to ensure the progress can meet Company’s project schedule
4. Determine sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
5. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
6. Taking corrective action against problems such as schedule delays
7. Monitor and control materials, products, and resources to avoid wastage and minimize costs.
8. Communicate with all relevant departments and personnel to ensure assignments are completed on time.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
10. To visit the Vendor’s premises on a required basis to ensure the materials/equipment are following Contract requirements

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Education:
1. Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or relevant field is a plus
Experience & Knowledge:
• Proven experience as an Expeditor or similar role in manufacturing or EPC in the Oil and Gas industry more than 5 years
