Overview
We are seeking a Lifting Supervisor to oversee lifting operations involving cranes, piling rigs, and heavy construction equipment. This role is critical to ensure safe and efficient execution of lifting activities in a high-risk construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all lifting activities in accordance with approved lifting plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lifting procedures
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
- Review lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments
- Monitor execution of lifting operations and intervene when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation and lifting records
Requirements
- CIDB accreditation
- ISO lifting certification
- Minimum 2–3 years of lifting supervision experience
- Experience handling heavy equipment (cranes, rigs) preferred
- Strong understanding of lifting safety standards and site coordination
