Review and provide technical input on FEED and EPC deliverables related to process utility systems (instrument air, nitrogen, diesel, cooling water, potable water, etc.).
Validate and endorse PFDs, P&IDs, process datasheets, line lists, and system descriptions for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Coordinate closely with Topside Process, Mechanical, and Instrumentation teams to ensure proper system integration.
Prepare and review process calculations, sizing, and control philosophies to ensure safe and efficient design.
Participate in technical clarifications, vendor bid evaluations, and technical bid tabulations (TBE) during procurement.
Support 3D model reviews, HAZOP, and design verification with contractors and client representatives.
Review vendor package documentation and ensure alignment with process design intent.
Provide technical support for commissioning procedures and performance test documentation during system handover.
Requirements
Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in process and utility systems within FPSO/FLNG or similar offshore EPC projects.
Proven track record in FEED and EPC phases, including process design, document review, and vendor coordination.
Strong understanding of international design codes and offshore standards (API, ASME, ISO).
Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
