Key Activities
- Prepare equipment and installation procedures prior to mobilisation.
- Act as a competent engineer, performing duties independently or as part of an installation crew.
- Carry out installation of products in accordance with company procedures and standards.
- Ensure project management objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of installation activities to ensure operational success.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all aspects of surface equipment, including Operation Manuals, Hook-up Drawings, System Diagrams, Installation & Commissioning Procedures, Work Packages, Configuration Records, and End of Well Reports.
- Maintain project folders and ensure traceability of all supporting documentation.
- Provide support for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for installations.
- Strictly adhere to company and client HSE requirements, ensuring compliance with local legislation and actively promoting a safe work environment.
Individual QHSE Responsibilities

- Follow company QHSE policies, operational procedures, and risk assessments.

Qualifications
Essential:
- High School Diploma / Secondary Education in Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record.
Preferred:
- Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge
Essential:
- Experience in onshore/offshore support operations in a supervisory capacity.
- Exposure to upper and lower completions (sandscreens, inflow control, zonal isolation, packers, liner hangers).
- Strong understanding of rig systems, drilling and production operations, and downhole hydraulics.
- Proven ability to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot effectively.
- Demonstrated performance under pressure, meeting client delivery expectations.
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid medical/health certification.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oilfield Reservoir Monitoring & Data Acquisition Systems, including fibre optic systems.
- Knowledge of downhole electronic tools (e.g., memory tools, electric line logging tools).
- Current BOSIET and MIST or local equivalent certification.
