Key Responsibilities
Adhere to site HSEQ guidelines and Keller’s policies and procedures.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components to identify root causes.
Inspect electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, and components to detect hazards or defects and perform necessary repairs.
Plan wiring layouts and equipment installations based on project requirements.
Assemble, install and maintain equipment and components
Safely handle tools and adhere to workplace safety standards.
Conduct basic equipment training for team members.
Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on all machinery.
Guide and lead equipment repair activities.
Plan spare parts inventory for both electrical and mechanical components.
Minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
Prepare detailed service reports.
Lead and implement 5S initiatives at the workplace to maintain organization and safety.
Operate a forklift as needed
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
Undertake any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the superior that support
project objectives, team operations, or organizational needs.
Must be willing to work on construction sites and in outdoor environments under varying
weather conditions.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum at least PMR, SPM or equivalent
Must possess CIDB green card
Competency certificate to operate a variety of heavy machineries would be an added advantage
Length and Types of Working Experience Required:
2-4 years of working experience

Sound and detailed understanding of foundations and ground engineering construction
Good understanding of construction site and need for coordination of tasks between co-workers
Is self-motivated and demonstrates an ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adapts with agility and multitasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment, taking on responsibilities aligned with evolving project and organizational needs.
