Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and in-house teams for commissioning activities. 3. Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). ### Quality and Compliance 1. Ensure all commissioning activities meet or exceed quality standards and specifications. 2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. 3. Make sure all activities are in compliance with environmental regulations. ### Reporting and Handover 1. Prepare status reports for senior management. 2. Lead the handover process to the operations team, including training and documentation. 3.
