Project Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Location: Taiwan (Resident at project site)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 22 months

Responsibilities

• Lead project scheduling, planning, and execution for offshore gas pipeline construction.
• Coordinate with client and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee supervision of construction, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Manage major construction schedules, progress control, and risk mitigation.
• Provide leadership in business coordination and personnel management.
• Ensure smooth communication between project site and client management teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in offshore gas/oil pipeline construction supervision and management.
• Strong background in QA/QC, project planning, and execution.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale offshore pipeline projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) and proficient in English.
