To help Maintenance Inspection and Integrity department deliver major maintenance and campaign turnaround projects safely on schedule.
They develop strategies, determine material and labor costs, monitor crew performance, ensure health and safety regulations are obeyed, and that communications channels are open.
Also, able to interpret data, compile reports, coordinate major activities and deliver presentations when required.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drawing up work schedules and budgets, delegating tasks, analyzing project specifications, and finding cost-effective ways to meet them, liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing resources, and communicating with planning teams, engineers, sub-section heads and section head.
Should be able to analyze data, write reports, and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
Work with subsection heads under PBF/M section to provide Maintenance and Inspection planning services.
Working Relationship
Report directly to PBF/M
Working as peer with Subsection Head under PBF/M
Assign and follow up planning work from discipline engineers assigned to support SK and SB Asset
Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
Degree in Engineering or similar.
Minimum 10 years of experience of Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Reliability for Oil and Gas Industry
Experience with MS Project Planning tool or similar software
Good in MS Office and Computer Literate.
Planning and project management skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
A sound understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven record of teamwork and coping with a busy environment.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be pro-active in achieving goals.
Willing to work outside normal working hours, weekend & public holidays.
Able to work comfortably with peers, supervisors & management
Experience at working offshore in hydrocarbon industry.
