Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as client representative for turret construction supervision
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, HSE standards, and project procedures
• Provide continuous site surveillance and reporting during fabrication
• Liaise with vendor and yard representatives to ensure progress and quality control
• dentify and escalate any technical or scheduling issues proactively
• Coordinate with project engineers, quality teams, and client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction supervision experience, with recent turret experience
• Strong background in FSO or FPSO fabrication projects
• Experience working with subcontractors such as PTSC-AP, Promor, or POS is preferred
• Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to be onsite in Vung Tau for the duration of the project
