Scope of work
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of overall project plans, covering all project activities including engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, mechanical completion, commissioning and startup using Primavera P6
- Set up the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project according to its scope of work
- Reviews and endorses schedule and progress baselines and forecast prepared by the contractor
- Supports Project Management with ongoing project schedule and progress analysis, reporting and forecasting activities
- Identify and monitor KPIs for the project
