Description Pour accompagner le développement de l'un de nos clients dans le secteur de l'énergie, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Ingénieur Lead projets. Nous recherchons pour ce poste un professionnel confirmé qui pourra être mobilisé en tant que Project Engineering Lead sur des projets. L’engineering lead est le référent technique du projet, en interne et vis-à-vis du Client. Il/Elle est responsable d’identifier les risques projet relatifs au design. Il/Elle supporte le chef de projet en étant force de proposition et en effectuant un reporting régulier. Le poste est rattaché hiérarchiquement à la Direction de l’Ingénierie et fonctionnellement au Chef de Projet sur lequel il est affecté. À ce titre, les responsabilités sont les suivantes : Coordonner une équipe d’ingénieurs projets pluridisciplinaires Superviser les activités ingénieries sous-traitées Gérer le planning et participe à la gestion du budget ingénierie du projet Valider l’ensemble des délivrables techniques, en s’assurant du respect des spécifications et codes applicables, ainsi que du respect des processus ingénierie de l’entreprise Responsabilités 1. Management de l’ingénierie du projet Organiser, coordonner et contrôler l’équipe ingénierie du projet (interne ou sous-traitée) afin d’émettre l’ensemble des livrables projets S’assurer de l’adéquation de l’équipe ingénierie du projet avec la charge, identifier les besoins additionnels d’expertises à mobiliser si besoin Piloter les réunions hebdomadaire ingénierie du projet, ainsi que les revues techniques (revues de design, HAZID…), et la réalisation des actions associées Contrôler la qualité des activités ingénierie du projet, et la conformité avec les normes, spécifications Client, exigences QHSE, et processus internes applicables Identifier de façon pro-active les éventuels changements contractuels et préparer les dossiers de support associés Manager les demande de clarifications/déviations techniques avec le Client et les sous-traitants. Résoudre les difficultés techniques, en s’appuyant sur son équipe, pour proposer des solutions pratiques, et en collaborant avec le management de projet et avec le Client Coordonner les activités ingénierie nécessaires pour les achats (réquisitions techniques, spécifications matériaux, support pré/post commande) Coordonner les activités d’ingénierie liées aux tests de qualification prévus dans le cadre du projet Assurer une interface avec l’équipe construction, afin de s’assurer de la bonne prise en compte du design dans les activités de fabrication. Revoir les documents clés de construction, et participer à la résolution de problèmes d’ingénierie associés à la fabrication et à l’installation Préparer un reporting régulier vers le management de projet et vers la direction ingénierie, intégrant les aspects coûts et planning Identifier les risques ingénierie du projet, et piloter les plans d’actions associés Participer au REX des projets Contribuer à l’entretien et au développement de la culture QHSE de l’entreprise L’Ingénieur Projets (Lead) pourra être affecté sur d’autres missions d’ingénierie en fonction de plan de charge du département 2. Participation à la mise à jour des outils du département engineering Assister la Direction de l’Ingénierie pour la mise en place et la tenue à jour d’une base d’outils ingénierie Qualifications Expérience : Diplôme en sciences de l’ingénieur, spécialisation thermique et/ou mécanique Expérience de 7 ans minimum en Ingénierie sur des projets clés en main Expérience Oil & Gas souhaitée Expérience pipeline souhaitée Savoirs : Connaissance des codes et standards propres à l’industrie pétrolière Impliqué en matière de Qualité, Santé, Sécurité et environnement Anglais : lu, écrit, parlé (niveau courant) Logiciel : la connaissance de Abaqus (3D) et Solidworks est un plus

The intention of this project is to appoint a qualified consultant firm that has the experience and the capability to assess the condition of both structural elements; concrete, steel structure and marine furniture ( fenders, bollards, ladders, Capstone, QRH etc.) (Jetty A, Jetty B, Quay Wall 1 and Quay wall 2). The objectives of this study can be briefed as follows: • Assess and evaluate the existing condition of the structure. • Conduct a Root-cause analysis on the deterioration issues that repeatedly occur at the structure. • Produce a long term maintenance manual tailored specifically to the existing condition of the jetty with cost estimating +/- 15% for a Maintenance program based-scenario.

This is a GPC & AP wide role, based in Sutton or Suresnes office.
