Job Purpose

To lead and advise on all Static Equipment and Packaged Units as Owner’s Representative, ensuring that the EPCIC Contractor delivers a design and execution that is safe, compliant, constructible, and aligned with project objectives. The role requires full-time presence at the fabrication yard in China during execution, with transition to Indonesia for offshore hook-up, commissioning and start-up including performance test run. The candidate must be adaptable, technically sound, and capable of representing Owner interests in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate activities execution
• Review and approve engineering documents and vendor deliverables
• Assist Commissioning Manager to provide Vendor look ahead mob plan
• Perform walk down inspections, punch listing and witness functional testing including access the troubleshooting outcome with team.
• Assist Completion Team in Vendor Book and O&M Manual
• Review CTPs execution and sub-system priority and initiate necessary modification if any to meet the system handover process.
• Participate in Workshops, provide site engineering support, support yard system completion including gas trial and commissioning support.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University
• Minimum 10 years of experience in static equipment and package engineering, preferably within EPC or process industries
• Proven experience with FLNG and/or FPSO projects is essential
• In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, API, TEMA, and PED
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple equipment packages simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering Electrical design engineering work efficiently and in a timely manner during the proposal and project delivery stage.

• Electrical Design & Engineering Work – to develop engineering design work based on requirements and to coordinate with other departments on the design work.

• Preparing pre-commissioning/commissioning procedure and assistance.

• Construction Assistance – to provide supervision at the construction site (depends on projects, varies from a few days to a few months). Procurement Assistance – to provide data sheet to Procurement, prepare bid tabulation and conduct an evaluation of vendors’ quotations

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Able to use ETAP – Power System Study.

• Capable of preparing electrical deliverables such as Single Line Diagram, Load Schedule, Motor Control Schedule, Cable Schedule, Cable routing drawing, Power and Control drawing, Area Classification drawing, grounding drawing, etc.

• Sufficient knowledge of International Codes & Standards in relation to Electrical Design.

• Able to undertake works in electrical design up to construction at the site (supervision).

• Experience in Project Engineering, Preparation of Electrical Inquiry Documents, and commercial/technical Bid Evaluation. MTO and Cost Estimation and Inter-Discipline coordination.

• Familiar with Electrical Equipment such as Transformers, HV & LV Switchgear, MCC, Motors, UPS, LCS, Communication equipment, etc.

• Able to perform Electrical calculations such as Cable sizing/Voltage Drop calculation, Short circuit study, etc.

• PC literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and knowledge in Auto-Cad.

• Ability to work in team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Registered with BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia).

Job Summary

We are looking for a Structural Designer with hands-on experience in FPSO topside layouts and E3D 3D modeling. You will be responsible for producing accurate and efficient structural designs and drawings that comply with project standards and are aligned with engineering intent.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop 3D structural models for topside structures using AVEVA E3D
• Draft structural drawings and deliverables in compliance with project specs
• Maintain and update E3D catalogues and macros for efficient drafting
• Coordinate closely with structural engineers for model validation and accuracy

Job Requirements

Job Summary

We are looking for a Structural Engineer experienced in FPSO topside projects with strong proficiency in Genie software. The role involves 3D modeling tool enhancement, macro development, and close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality engineering deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural calculations and design for topside modules
• Utilize Genie software for advanced structural analysis and compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Professional Engineer Certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in the design and engineering of topsides modules (fixed offshore platforms or floating offshore structures such as FPSOs and/or Semi-Submersibles).
• Knowledge of ABS, API, ASME, ASTM codes and standards is required.
• Good technical know-how and overview throughout your discipline.
• Aveva Engineering tools experience is an added value.

We are seeking a highly experienced Marine Systems Engineer to support a critical FPSO project with a leading engineering consultancy. Based onsite in Singapore, this role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in steam systems and marine systems engineering. The successful candidate will take ownership of system design activities from concept to detailed engineering.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and assessments of marine systems (fire & safety, bilge and ballast, fuel oil, lube oil, air, seawater, and freshwater cooling systems).
• Develop engineering plans, including P&IDs, equipment and material specifications, and related deliverables for the MOPU conversion.
• Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
