Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fluid Engineer to support our upcoming drilling campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing drilling fluid programs that ensure well integrity, safety, and cost-efficiency. This is a short-term contract role with strong potential for extension depending on operational requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize drilling fluid programs tailored to specific well and formation conditions.
• Monitor and manage drilling fluid properties and performance during operations.
• Coordinate with the drilling and subsurface teams to align fluid systems with well objectives.
• Supervise and support mud engineers and contractors at the rig site.
• Ensure fluid systems comply with HSE standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot fluid-related issues during drilling operations and propose timely solutions.
• Prepare end-of-well reports and maintain accurate records of fluid performance and usage.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the structural engineering team for FPSO projects across all project phases (concept, FEED, detailed design, construction, and commissioning).
• Develop and review structural analysis, calculations, and design reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards (API, ABS, DNV, ISO, etc.).
• Provide technical expertise on FPSO topsides, hull structures, modules, and mooring systems.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Piping, Process, Electrical, Marine, Safety) to ensure integrated design solutions.

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and certified Structural QC Inspector for the 2nd shift to support our fabrication activities at our Batam yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all structural and welding work meets the specified codes, standards, and project requirements. This role is critical to maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the fabrication process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and verifications of structural and welding activities in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor welding processes, joint fit-up, and final welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review and verify WPS, PQRs, and welder qualifications.
• Conduct NDT methods such as UT, RT, MT, PT, RI, and PAUT within the scope of certification.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time mission requires deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and safety toolsets.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver full-scope HSE risk assessments and safety studies
• Lead or support FEA, QRA, CFA, ESSA, EERA, TRIA, SGIA, DHSE/OHSE CASE, SCE-PS DORA, NFHA, ALARP, and Dispersion/Radiation studies
• Develop and maintain custom spreadsheets for safety analysis documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support throughout the detailed design phase of a brownfield project.
• Develop and review key deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, process simulations, calculations, and line sizing.
• Ensure process designs meet project specifications, operational requirements, and applicable codes and standards.

This role is suited for professionals with 5–7 years of civil and structural experience in the Oil & Gas sector, especially within brownfield environments, who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced project setting.

• Provide civil and structural engineering expertise for brownfield modification projects.
• Deliver and review detailed civil/structural design deliverables including drawings, specifications, and calculations.

Scope

• To support and provide marine engineering knowledge to CCS system and to ensure project performance targets are achieved in a safe and environmentally sound with compliance with Regulatory requirement.
• To participate and contribute to providing Marine engineering input to the technical issues raised by Client.

Qualification

• Lead petrophysical interpretation for exploration and appraisal wells, including data acquisition planning, log quality control, and formation evaluation.

• Conduct porosity, water saturation, lithology, and hydrocarbon volume estimations using log and core data.
• Recommend logging programs for upcoming wells and advise on real-time log evaluation during drilling.
