Graduated student from University of Indonesia majoring in Metallurgical and Materials engineering, and also studying welding engineering from TWI and IIW. Over the years, working in oil and gas industry as a QA/QC Supervisor, Quality Control Inspector and an Engineer. Very passionate to working in oil and gas industry in inspection role and have a high passion to be able to involve in multi discipline inspection and to take more active role in quality management decision Experienced in coating and welding industry for piping, structure fabrication and installation for offshore platform modules. Experience also in Threading and welding manufacturing large bore pipe size for onshore and offshore Oil and Gas drilling application especially OCTG line pipe. Strong in people management, quality management, time management and play very active role to ensure the process and product meet the quality requirement from the client or the applied standard. Also take an active role to make sure that all the process is carried out with high safety standard. During my working time i also make time to learn more about engineering and inspection through certification scheme to help him boost his value and knowledge My current working summary : Responsibility but not limited, working as QA/QC Supervisor for multiple projects (especially in OCTG line pipe projects). Report daily activity to QA/QC manager. Supervise and coordinate QA engineer and QC Inspector to work according to job description and project standard. Perform audit and root cause analysis to prevent quality issue and to take corrective action. Make sure all the activities are being done according to project specification. Perform quality inspection duties in threading and welding manufacturing large bore pipe size for onshore and offshore Oil and Gas drilling application. Review and witness the activity for qualification performance/ NDT/FAT/SIT and support production completion according the time frame set by the schedule. And also respecting the HSE standard.
