Start engage as 3rd party inspection dated Dec 2020 and well establish certified pressure vessel inspector API 510, gained skills in worked as plant inspector for manufacturing as oil and gas industry. Having experience internal and external inspection on static in service equipment by DOSH and non-DOSH and prepared documentation report and summary of pressure vessel. Heat exchanger, boilers, furnace, air receiver complying with the safety standards, client specification, requirement and relevant codes and practice (Based on code & standard API 510, API 571, API 572, API 577, ASME II, ASME V, ASME VIII, ASME IX, ASME PCC-1, ASME PCC 2, PTS). Aware and perform thorough inspection on requested equipment. Close attention to detail of vessel condition, advices and recommends required repairs or replacement to defective equipment and assist in carrying out further inspection after repair work to ensure conformity to approved codes and standards. Lead the team in operation regarding planning and safety in order to meet client satisfaction. 

Start work with Bahru Stainless as Production Executive since 2011. Lead the production team to do installation, commissioning, run daily operation. Direct manage for output, quality, plan maintenance, safety issue. Develop subordinate career path in order to sustain the production. Visit other steel plant at United States of America, South Africa and Spain to bring the steel technology to Malaysia. Conduct monthly safety meeting for production. Conduct fire drill assessment every year in order to meet safety requirement. Conduct improvement meeting to improve output and quality and goes together with cost reduction. Be the mentor of the coworker in all aspect and do the motivation if required.

• Experience in inspection whether in service or out of service inspection.
• Excellent communications (both spoken and written), presentation and articulates in expression.
• Willing and have desire to expand and learn new experiences and skills.
• Apply technical skills within the specific functional or operational areas.
• Familiar with ASME code, Microsoft office and willing to learn and upgrade more.
• Good social engineering skills, able to deal with various levels of people as well from different course and able to travelling.
• Have the flexibility or either working indoor or outdoor
