I am a highly motivated, positive, and a dedicated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. I believe that I have a natural ability to adapt to both an independent and a team-oriented working atmosphere as I very much enjoy working with other people. I completed my internship with Agile Enterprise, a department under Corporate Strategy at PETRONAS and mostly assisted my superior in performing in-depth analysis of several companies for benchmarking purposes through desktop and on-site research during my tenant there. I am also in charge of the stakeholder management for the project I was involved in as well as the groundwork arrangements for departmental events. Apart from assisting with the project, I was also involved in the codification of our past experiment's handbook to allow our learnings to be duplicated across departments in PETRONAS.
Since July 2024, I am currently a PROTEGE-GEES for the Resource Control team under the Global HR Partners, Holding Company at PETRONAS. In this role, I assisted my team in defining the resource optimization activities and provided standardized guidelines and templates to streamline their resource planning process for Group Procurement (GP) as their HR Business Partners. Additionally, I assisted my team in conducting FTE analysis to optimize GP's workforce, including mapping and mobilization processes as well as providing valuable insights and recommendations for GP to address any resource gaps. As an active member of the GHRP HC Fitness & Wellness Change Warriors, I also contributed to sustaining change and collaboration within the team by handling all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, liaising with stakeholders, preparing presentations, and creating supporting materials for the RC team. I also had the chance to be a part of a project called Procurement Document in which I designed and co-created a Procurement 101 Handbook to be served as a guideline for our Account Managers. I am also an active member in my Portfolio (department) as I took part in most groundwork arrangements for our quarterly engagement activities.
