For first all, I would introduce my self. My name is Arista Putri. I graduated from

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya. As a skill and certified on risk based

inspection 580, I seek to express my greatest delight to apply for this position on your

team.

I have 5 years experienced on Risk Based Inspection Engineer, which has responsibility

for perform risk assessment, identify damage mechanism in each piping, and

determine inspection plan & method based on risk ranking of each pressure equipment

like piping and pressure vessel according to standard API 580, run software and develop

report. I also familiar with Auto Cad, Spreadsheet, and a few Software related to RBI

assessment like ORCA (Pertamina ONWJ) and PEPRISKA (Pertamina EP). Based on my

experience, I have Certificates API 580 and familiar with several Inspection and

Construction International Standards such as API, ASME, and ASTM.
