I am a TW Assist & Assure Safety Coach at MKJ Technical Services, a leading provider of technical solutions and services for the oil and energy industry in Brunei. With over 12 years of experience in this field, I have developed core competencies in environment, health, and safety (EHS) and offshore oil and gas operations, as well as multiple certifications in NEBOSH, Helicopter Landing Officer and Helideck Team Leader, and Fast Rescue Coxswain.

My role involves delivering safety coaching and training to rig crews, contractors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, as well as facilitating the implementation of safety policies, procedures, and best practices across various projects and platforms. I have contributed to the reduction of incidents and risks, as well as the improvement of safety performance and culture, for multiple clients, including Brunei Shell Petroleum, and Maersk Drilling. My mission is to provide effective and reliable safety coaching and support to all stakeholders in the oil and gas industry, while continuously learning and improving my skills and knowledge. I am passionate about creating a positive and collaborative safety culture that empowers everyone to work safely and efficiently.
