More than fifteen (15) years’ experiences involved in Oil & Gas industry, Pipeline, Subsea wellheads, Subsea Umbilical, Flowline & Riser (SURF), manufacturing, construction, power and chemical plant. Familiar with shop fabrications, site installation/erections, laboratory testing and constructions. Familiar with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) – (Blasting & Painting and Welding). Work on international codes and standards including AWS D1.1, ASME VIII, IX, ANSI B31.3, API 1104, PTS - (Petronas Technical Standard) & API ^D, 6A, 17J, 17E & etc. Monitor and auditing quality program implementation at site. Review and ensure all the related procedures are approved in advance of the activity and extended to sub-contractor. Monitor status and closeout of de-efficiency of NCR and CAR. Coordinate and monitoring all the QC matters, Production, Planning and Schedule and provide feedback to higher Superior. Responsible for all daily activities reports and final documentation.
