My name is Andriyansyah. I am 42 years old, married, and have excellent health. I graduated from Faculty of Engineering University of Indonesia, with Bachelor Degree in Gas and Petrochemical Engineering.
I have more than 20 years of professional working experiences in Oil and Gas industries. My experience are 9,5 years in JGC Indonesia (Multinational EPC Company) as Process, Commissioning and Process Safety Engineer, 1 year in Manufacturing as Process Engineer, 3 years in BP Tangguh LNG (Operating Company) as Project Process Safety Engineer; 2 years in Consultant Company as Process Safety Management Consultant, 4 years in BP Tangguh Expansion Project Train-3 as Project Process Safety Engineer and 1 year as Start up Engineer.
I have experience as Process Engineer in Designing Basic Design, Detail Engineering including Process Simulation, PFD, P&ID, Heat Material Balance, Hydraulic calculations, Equipment sizing, PSV sizing, FlareNet calculation, De-pressuring study, Operation Procedure, etc. Have experience in lead and manage Commissioning and Start Up activities.
I have experience in Process Safety Management, KPI/Audit, Risk Assessment, Consequence modelling, HAZID/HAZOP facilitation, LOPA, Pre Commissioning/Start up Safety Review, Safety Critical Equipment, Incident investigation, Process Safety lesson learn and socialization. I am familiar with Management of Change, Control of Work, Operating Management System, Workpack, tr@ction and Maximo system.
I have experience in designing Fire System, including Active Fire Protection, Passive Fire Protection and Fire& Gas Detection system. I am familiar with International and National Standards, such as NFPA, API, IP, IEC, ASME, ANSI, SNI, etc.
