Qualification of welders / painters / blasters / sleeve operators. witnessing PQR & WQT mechanical testing, welding & coating materials inspection, welding / coating inspection during fabrication, dimensional inspection, post weld heat treatment, hardness & ferrite testing, pneumatic testing etc. pertaining to international codes & Owners Specifications. experienced in inspection of static equipment in process plants such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, process piping etc., surveillance, weekly & monthly reports, onsite documentation, client liaison.
