- PMS is a major construction & marine services contractor in Egypt and the Middle East. - PMS was founded in 2001 to be the premier Egyptian offshore services company as a continuation of its previous experience which started in early 1981 as the marine department in PETROJECT Co. - PMS working in all offshore construction activities i.e. (pipe laying, cable laying, platform installation …) Profile Summary - HSE department director, a professional with more than 15 years of skilled experience focusing on OHSE management systems for all construction, offshore, onshore, and marine Services activities. i.e. (pipe laying, cable laying, fabrication, platforms installation, Hook up ….) . - Joined petroleum marine services company PMS in August 2007 as an HSE engineer and ranged in positions even reaching the HSE department director. - I have gained practical experience during this period through my participation in many projects that have been completed in the development of offshore/onshore fields with most of the Egyptian and international production companies in Egypt. Career Objectives - Maintain high levels of on-site safety awareness through the delivery of effective education and training programs. - Provide comprehensive on-site H&S administrative support system. - Direct and provide the required leadership to the project HSE team and oversite PMC HSE staff issues to the project division. - Maintain effective work relations between the company, its client, and its subcontractors.
