Duties:
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.
- Estimate Budget, Material & Time for Bidding required
- Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams.
- Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.
- Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
- Responsible for the completion of all documentation.
- Company's on-site representative with client, vendors, designers, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other contractors on the work on-site.
- Provides single point of contact with client for review of project execution towards established objectives.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating Construction work to achieve project safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including fabrication plans, schedules, progress reports, change orders, and quality control records specific to activity fabrication.
